    TOC Package
    Tables of contents (TOC) of each issue are emailed to registered individuals. Sponsor one of these alerts and the corresponding TOC page on the journal site. Your banner ad (468 x 60) will appear on the eTOC email and your online display ad (195 x 195) will appear on the TOC page for the chosen issue. Add a full-page, 4-color, opposite TOC ad in the print edition for full TOC coverage!

Banner Specifications:

  • Submit your ad as a .gif file to adnet{at}faseb.org. Provide the URL which it should be linked.
  • Screen size: 468 pixels wide x 60 pixels high no larger than 25K.
  • Provide ALT Text (5 words max) for those who have image loading turned off. Please note that only the first or last frame of banner ads might display for browsers that do not support animated .gifs.

Inline Specifications:

  • Send a banner file per above instructions.
  • Send the exact name of your company to be matched in the text and the URL to which it should be linked.

eTOC Top Sponsorship Specifications:

  • eTOC alert banner is 468 x 60 pixels. Send a .gif file no larger than 25K and at leastr 72 dpi to adnet{at}faseb.org.

eTOC Bottom Sponsorship Specifications:

  • Email 4 lines of text (62 characters per line) and the link to your website to adnet{at}faseb.org 35 days prior to the month of sponsorship.Logos should be submitted as a .gif file confined to 110 pixels wide by 40 pixels high. Include the URL for hyperlinking the logo.

TOC Package Specifications:

  • eTOC banners and online display ads should be sent as an email attachment to adnet{at}faseb.org
  • eTOC banner is 468 pixels wide x 60 pixels high no larger than 25K and at least 72 dpi.
  • TOC display ad is 195 pixels wide x 195 pixels high at least 72 dpi.
  • Include your URL and alternative text with both files for those users who have image load turned off.

        Print Advertising Deadlines: Physiological Genomics is published online every month, with quarterly print issues in January, April, July, & October. Issues close 35 working days preceding the first day of the issue month.

        Material Requirements:

        Negatives: Right reading emulsion side down.
        Screen: 150 line.
        Black & White: Screen film negatives to size. Camera-ready material accepted. Provide photocopy of ad with insertion order. Separate sets of materials are required for ads scheduled to run in multiple publications.
        Color: Color proofs are required for color ads. Film separations require color key, chromalin or matched print. Any color ads scheduled to appear simultaneously in two (2) or more publications require a set of film separations for each publication.
        Digital Files: Digital files are accepted. Hard copy proofs are required for all digital ads. A high resolution pdf file with all fonts embedded is acceptable. Color proofs are required for color ads submitted digitally. Please email adnet@faseb.org for file specifications.
        Electronic Transfers: Internet FTP or Email attachment. Contact AdNet for access and posting details adnet{at}faseb.org or call 301-634-7117. Remember to send a hard copy of the ad.
        Disposition of Reproduction Material: Print materials and electronic files destroyed after one year.
